At CooneysHomeInteriors, we aim to make the delivery of your new furniture smooth, easy, and stress-free. Whether you’re ordering a sofa, chair, rug, or home accessories, here’s everything you need to know.

🛒 Order Value-Based Delivery:

• FREE delivery on all website orders over €500 (excluding Northern Ireland).
• €35 delivery on all orders under €500 (excluding Northern Ireland).
• €69 delivery on large items nationwide (excluding Northern Ireland).

Note: Delivery costs may vary based on location and item size.

🇮🇪 Nationwide Delivery (Excluding Northern Ireland)

We deliver across Ireland Monday to Friday, and delivery times are based on your location and the type of product. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a text message with your delivery date and approximate time slot (morning or afternoon).

🧰 Assembly Service (Donegal / Tyrone / Derry ONLY)

Some items such as:

• Dining tables
• Bed frames
• Bunk beds
• Wardrobes
• Occasional furniture

…may require assembly.

If available, the assembly service option will appear on the product page. Charges depend on the item and will be clearly shown before checkout.

📅 Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 weeks (if the item is in stock)
• After your order is placed, you’ll get an SMS with your delivery date
• Want to change the date? Call our Delivery Team at 074 917655 ASAP

⚠️ Important Delivery Information

• Deliveries cannot be cancelled on the day — goods are loaded onto vehicles the night before
• If delivery is refused on the scheduled day, a redelivery fee will apply
• Want to update your delivery address? Log into your account, update your details, and then give us a quick call
• If requested, our delivery team can place items into your room of choice — however, we cannot accept liability for any accidental property damage
• Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify the delivery team of any issues

🏠 Storage Options

Not ready to receive your order yet?

• We offer FREE storage for up to 4 weeks, provided the balance is paid within 7 days of the item becoming available
• Additional storage: €50 per week (up to a maximum of 8 weeks)
• Storage cannot be extended beyond 8 weeks
