Thank you for shopping with Cooney's Home Interiors. We deliver quality furniture and homeware to homes across Donegal and the Republic of Ireland from our showroom at Letterkenny Retail Park. This policy explains how we process orders, the delivery options available to you, our timeframes, and what to expect when your order arrives.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. Our team typically processes orders within 1–2 working days. For furniture items, we'll be in touch directly to schedule a suitable delivery date with you.
Please note that order processing times may be longer during sale periods, public holidays, or for made-to-order items.

• Made-to-order or special-order items: Lead times of 4–12 weeks may apply. We'll confirm your expected delivery window once your order is placed.

3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode, the items in your basket, and the delivery service required. Larger items such as sofas, beds, and wardrobes use a two-person delivery service to ensure safe handling into your home.

4. What to Expect on Delivery Day
Our delivery team will contact you in advance to confirm a delivery date and approximate time window. On the day of delivery, please ensure:
• An adult (18+) is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.
• Access routes (doorways, staircases, hallways, lifts) are clear and wide enough for the items ordered.
• Existing furniture is moved out of the way ahead of arrival.
• Any obstacles, parking restrictions, or access issues have been communicated to us in advance.
Our team will deliver to your room of choice on standard furniture deliveries, where access allows. We are not able to remove doors, windows, or fittings, and we cannot be responsible for damage caused by access constraints we were not made aware of.
5. Inspecting Your Order
We strongly recommend inspecting your order at the point of delivery. If you notice any damage, missing items, or quality concerns, please:
• Note it on the delivery docket before signing.
• Take photographs of any damaged packaging or items.
• Contact us within 48 hours at info@cooneyshomeinteriors.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. Failed or Rescheduled Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, or because access to the property is restricted, an additional re-delivery charge may apply. We'll always do our best to work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
If you need to reschedule a confirmed delivery, please give us as much notice as possible — ideally at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery date.
7. Click & Collect
You're welcome to collect your order from our showroom at Letterkenny Retail Park free of charge. Once your order is ready, we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient collection time. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting.
8. International Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, or other locations, please contact us directly for a custom quote. Additional charges, customs duties, or VAT may apply depending on the destination.
